F24 (College)
After my time at F24 in highschool, I knew I wanted to get involved in college.
In year 12, I joined the F24 team at college, where I continued to work on the car and develop my skills in engineering and design.
Battery Charging & Discharging

The main aim of this project is to design and impliment a battery management system that improved our race performance so we can progress in the competition.
My main focus has been the electrical side of the project, where i have designed the circuitry and the electrical safety systems to keep the battery within safe operating limits.
So far, I have made great progress on designing something meaningful that will benefit our team.

Heat Sink
One of the last parts I worked on was the heat sink, which helps dissipate heat from the motor.
To design the heat sink, I used CAD software to create a model that would fit within the constraints of the car and provide effective cooling.
Currently, the heat sink is being manufactured and will be integrated into the car soon.
I created a prototype using my 3D printer to test the fit of the heat sink and to show the rest of the team what it would look like.

Rear Cone
The back of F24 cars are extremely poor in terms of aerodynamics so me and a friend have come up with a new design to improve performance.
We have designed a rear cone that will fit onto the back of the car, improving the aerodynamics and reducing drag.
The design was created using CAD and the structure made using TIG wire. The outer material will be chosen so that it is light but doesnt break in the wind.
